    you should try the combination of vinegar, soy sauce, chili, onion, and garlic as your dipping sauce! It's a good pairing for liempo!

    Vinegar helps to lessen the greasiness of the food..pinakurat vinegar is much a better than the regular white vinegar..

    Noodles like pansit and spaghetti symbolizes long life/longevity. Sticky rice cake like biko – closer family relationship (stick to one another). Handa (plentiful food prepared during christmas and new year) means bountiful or prosperous year ahead.. Round fruits symbolizes round coins for it's common for Filipinos to have a Handa during christmas and new year even though they have less because we strongly believe on good luck and have great passion for family gatherings..Happy New year Mr. Bulbol and family!

    yesssiiirr!! vinegar with lots of bawang, sibuyas and sili…with pepper if u want…the ultimate "sawsawan" ..or soy sauce and lots of calamansi and sili…oh yesss..instant b-bye liempo..stomach full..sleep mode already 🤣🤣🤣

    I envied this man. If I drink, i dont want to eat before drinking because there will be no space for the liqours. While mr bulbul eat and drink at the same time! Damn.
