Public Tours of the Bruneau Off-Range Wild Horse Corrals

Hi I’m Krystle Wengreen, manager of the Bruneau
Off Range corrals and today we’re in Bruneau Idaho at the privately owned and operated
corrals and we are offering the public two tours to come and
learn about our facility here. It covers 80 acres with 39 large pens, we
can accommodate up to 3500 horses. So currently, we have just over 1600 horses
here at the facility. And here we care for them,
feed, do all of the general health and maintenance until they are either sent to an adoption
event or there’s room in the off range pastures for them to be shipped to. So we’re really looking forward to today and
hoping that people can walk away knowing a lot more about the wild horse and burro program.
