And, it features Serial and USB Ports, as well as Internal Wired Ethernet for easy integration into an existing system. Once you’ve downloaded the printer driver onto your computer, you are now ready to set up your Zebra ZT410 printer. To Begin, plug the a/c power cord into the a/c power connector on the printer. Plug the power cord into any standard 110v power outlet and turn the printer on. Now, connect your printer to a computer using the appropriate interface. You are now ready to load the media. First raise the media door. Then, open the print head assembly by rotating the print head-open lever up. Pull the media supply guide out as far as it will go and remove the first few labels from the roll. Then, place the roll of labels on the supply guide and push it back in so it’s flush with the label roll. Feed the labels under the media sensor
and print head assembly, aligning the end of the first label with the printer’s tear bar. Utilize the internal rewind feature to save printed labels for use at a later time. With the door open, extend the labels about 18″ from the printer. Feed the labels over the peel assembly and thread them into the slot below the peel assembly. Feed the labels under the media alignment roller. Loosen the thumb screw on the rewind media guide. Slide the guide out and fold it down. Slide an empty core onto the rewind spindle. Wrap the labels around it from beneath the core and turn the spindle counter clockwise to tighten it. Fold up the media guide and tighten the thumbscrew. and rotate the printhead lever down to lock it in place. Now, change the print mode under settings to “rewind” to utilize the rewind option. If you are using thermal transfer labels, you will also require a ribbon for printing. To insert the ribbon, keep the printhead
lever in the up “open” position. Place a roll of ribbon on the ribbon supply spindle with the loose end of the ribbon unrolling toward the back of the printer. Feed the ribbon under the printhead assembly and wrap it several times around the ribbon take-up spindle. Rotate the printhead open lever downward, locking the printhead into place. Close the media door. To edit the print type, based on
whether you are using direct thermal labels or thermal transfer labels and ribbon, go to home and choose settings. Arrow over to print method and choose either direct thermal or thermal transfer. Press pause to enable printing.
The printer may calibrate the label or feed a label. And, optional barcode
software, H-2527, is available, allowing you to import pictures, create logos, barcodes, and more detailed labels. To keep your printer running smoothly, be
sure to clean the printhead frequently and use a ribbon that is as wide, or wider, than the label roll. The H-5152 Zebras ZT410 printer is backed by a 1 year warranty. Whatever your labeling needs are, you can rely on ULINE to have the solution.
